Responsible for new product solution development to meet customer needs and deliver business results timely, mainly focusing on Graphics projects. Responsible for working with the global commercial business team to understand marketing as well as identify , screen and consolidate real opportunities, then to transfer the opportunities as our real product depending on your own good technical design capabilities. Work with production and procurement functions etc to do new material qualifications and new production feasibility studies. Responsible for Graphics raw materials and finished products simulation tests etc. and collect and sort out the test results timely, accurately and completely and report to the manager on time. Responsible for other work arranged by the manager. Strictly comply with the company's confidentiality system, and keep the test and experimental data confidential. Master ‘s degree or above in Polymers, Material Science relevant fields. Minimum 5 years’ experience in New Product Development with proven records of project delivery. Film or adhesive related development experience is preferred. Good communication, organization, interaction skills. Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams and willingness to be a team player, demonstrate technical leadership in team work and proved record of successful leading. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to translate customer needs into product specifications. Sense of urgency and agility to deliver solutions to customer needs.
