This position reports to: Service Sales Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues. You will be mainly accountable for:Presenting and selling services to current clients, including service agreement, training, spare parts and upgrade project etc. Establishing & maintaining effective customer relationships on all levels to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of ABB service offerings, and aligning to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Achieving sales target in term of value and profit. Preparing presentations, proposals, quotation and sales contracts Providing overall rolling forecast monthly and sales plan weekly. Performing other relative duties as assigned. Enhancing of regional customer coverage rate and the degree of satisfaction. Identifying opportunities with existing and potential customer within defined account customers and make plans for service sales actions. Qualifications for the role 3-5 years of work experience in technical sales, sales experience in automatic, electrification, driver, DCS control system, mechanical equipment in mining industry. Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowledge. Knowledge in computer skills, including Office, PPT etc. Bachelor’s degree with major in mechanical or electrical engineering. Must have good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills. Result driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at team work.
