The PositionWhat will your main responsibilities be?You will provide direct support to the People Relations team in the day-to-day management of the employee lifecycle and collective labour relations, collaborating in the following areas: Internal advisory: Support the resolution of employee queries related to the collective bargaining agreement, employment rights, leave policies, vacation entitlements, and Spanish labour legislation. Employee and labour relations: Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for Employee Representatives (Works Council), labour inspections, and collective bargaining processes. Prepare meeting minutes and presentations related to employment and labour relations topics. Case management and compliance: Support the administration and follow-up of disciplinary processes, organisational restructuring initiatives, administrative conciliation procedures, and employment litigation matters, while ensuring compliance with Spanish labour legislation and internal policies. Reporting and international projects: Prepare labour relations reports and documentation in English, contributing to the monitoring of key metrics and supporting the global People & Culture team. What are we looking for?Education: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources, Law, or a Master's/Postgraduate qualification specialising in Labour Law or Employment Law in Spain. Languages: Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level), both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate with international teams and interpret corporate documentation. Eligibility: You must be eligible to sign an internship agreement (Convenio de Prácticas) with a university or educational institution in Spain. Key competencies: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday will be considered an advantage.
