Job description

Responsibilities: Organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations providing support to all plant teams and manage efficient integration of work flow. Determine operations KPIs and track monthly with staff. Ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all equipment’s. Negotiate between various labor relations and perform regular appraisals for personnel, periodic performance evaluation/review and recommend changes in positions and salary as per requirement. Ensure optimal level company performance through employee workforce administration. Design and drive all continuous cost improvement and maintain process control. Assist operation team to implement all business goals through appropriate lean manufacturing methodology. Ensure OJT for process. Coordinate corporate safety directives/initiatives as Safety Executive Officer representative Responsible for production output and product quality. Allocate resources effectively. Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees Communicate with employees about performance expectations Stay up to date with latest production trends and best practices and technology. Provide reporting (HSE, operations, etc.) to site and or corporate management. Facilitate communication for all departments within VITECHMEX sites as needed. Communicate with suppliers and customers as needed. Lead and ensure to conduct all the necessary activities to keep good results in HSE, environment and Health. Qualifications: Solid analytical and communication skills (oral and written). Problem solution Ability to lead Solid analytical and communication (oral & written) skills. Expertise in the principles and applications associated with manufacturing operations, quality, maintenance and engineering. Understanding of budgeting/expense management.
