Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Own HR Metrics and Analytics for the areas of responsibility, which includes data gathering, data analysis, and dashboards/reporting. Draw insights from data and design HR strategies based on those insights. Support the business' HR needs in partnership with corporate HR practices, including driving the employee life cycle processes: attraction, recruiting, onboarding, leaves of absence, learning/development, engagement/retention, performance management (including employee performance, disciplinary matters, and talent management), employee problem-solving, and offboarding. Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required. Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations for location. Ensure compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory HR training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and corporate policies. Lead by example and in line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct to establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with site employees, supervisors, managers, and site leadership to enhance workforce performance by supporting employee development, planning HR initiatives, delivering corporate programs, and serving as a consultant on all general HR issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience processing payroll and general human resources activities, preferably in a manufacturing environment. High degree of detail orientation with HR systems (in particular, Workday). Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources and payroll administration and familiarity with international regulatory requirements (ISO 13485), Federal/Country regulatory requirements, applicable state/local regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality management systems (QMS).
