Job Description SummaryOur Madison site supports manufacturing and engineering operations focused on patient care and anesthesia delivery. Teams here work across quality, design, and production – helping ensure the products that reach healthcare providers uphold industry requirements to ensure patient safety and clinician approval. Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities Provide technical support to engineers during the design and development of manufacturing processes. Assist in creating and modifying facility layouts and production floor plans. Conduct equipment testing to ensure proper functionality and performance. Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and identify solutions to routine technical issues. Document test procedures, results, and findings accurately. Support process improvement and equipment validation activities. Follow established engineering and manufacturing standards, procedures, and safety requirements. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to support production objectives. Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 0-1 year of general work experience. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technical procedures. Ability to perform equipment testing and troubleshooting activities. Strong documentation and record-keeping skills. Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision. Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard office software. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
