Position Summary As a member of the Brazil Leadership Team, as Business Unit Director, Oncology YOU will be responsible for defining and executing the overall Oncology strategy in Brazil, maximizing the value of the current portfolio while shaping the future oncology business through successful launches, market development initiatives, and strong stakeholder engagement. The role holds full accountability for Oncology business performance, including revenue growth, strategic planning, portfolio optimization, people leadership, and cross-functional execution. YOU will play a critical role in accelerating patient access to innovative oncology therapies while delivering sustainable business growth and fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the long-term Oncology strategy for Brazil, driving sustainable growth across the both Oncology and Hematology portfolios Shape future portfolio opportunities and ensure readiness for upcoming launches, new indications, and pipeline assets Identify emerging market trends and strategic opportunities to strengthen the Oncology franchise and long-term competitive position. Business Performance & Portfolio Excellence Own Oncology P&L performance, delivering revenue, profitability, market share, and growth objectives. Lead market shaping, launch excellence, and lifecycle management across the Oncology portfolio. Leverage customer and market insights to drive differentiated commercial strategies and maximize business impact. Enterprise & Market Leadership Shape the strategic direction of the Oncology business by influencing enterprise priorities, resource allocation, and portfolio decisions across local, regional, and global stakeholders. Serve as a key member of the Brazil Leadership Team, contributing to enterprise-wide growth strategies and organizational priorities. Champion an integrated vision for Oncology, aligning commercial, medical, and access strategies behind a common growth agenda. Represent the Oncology business internally and externally, strengthening the organization's leadership position within the oncology ecosystem and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Leadership & Talent Development Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Oncology organization. Coach and develop business leaders across Onco-Hematology business, building future organizational capability. Foster an inclusive, patient-focused, and performance-driven culture that embraces innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Why You? To perform in this role, we expect you to have: Significant leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry; Proven success leading Oncology/Hematology business with strong track record of commercial leadership, portfolio management, and P&L accountability. Demonstrated success in product launches, business transformation, and organizational leadership. Experience leading high-performing teams in complex matrix organizations. .
