Risk Management LeadershipAct as the regional integrator of risk intelligence across markets, functions, and initiatives. Maintain a continuous view of regional risk posture, drawing from monitoring outputs, control performance, external signals, and business context. Identify systemic risks, cross‑market trends, and second‑order impacts that are not visible at local level. Frame risks in terms of business impact, control effectiveness, and decision implications—not just exposure. Escalate material or emerging risks through Global SET using structured, decision‑ready narratives. Owns how risk is seen, understood, and discussed at regional leadership level. Decision‑Ready Insights & Risk ContextSynthesize regional inputs (risk themes, performance data, monitoring trends, external intelligence) into concise, decision‑ready insights. Ensure reporting focuses on impact, outcomes, and risk movement, not activity tracking. Continuous Improvement & Change EnablementLead regional continuous improvement efforts aligned to global HCC transformation priorities. Anticipate downstream impacts of changes and initiatives before implementation. Challenge inconsistent or legacy practices while maintaining trust and engagement with regional teams. Support adoption of new ways of working through alignment, clarity, and governance. Drives sustained improvement through influence and structure, not authority over local operations.
