Job description

Requirements 1. Project Management Knowledge: Knowing the basic of project lifecycle, task tracking, milestone planning, and stakeholder coordination. 2. AutoCAD Proficiency: Able to read and modify factory layout drawings and support layout validation tasks 3. MS Office Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint for presentation creation. Skilled in Excel for data analysis and reporting (e.g., pivot tables, formulas). 4. English Proficiency: Strong reading and writing skills for documentation and cross-site communication 5. Availability: Must be able to work on-site at least 2.5 days(or 5 half days) per week Responsibilities 1. Project Support : Assist project leaders with daily tasks such as collecting and analyzing operational data. Prepare reports and visual summaries for internal reviews. 2. Factory Layout Validation: Use AutoCAD to verify and update layout drawings. Support layout accuracy checks during factory changes or expansions. 3. Workshop & Event Assistance: Help organize and execute project-related workshops, team activities, and internal PMO events.
