Introduction to the jobAsia Intercompany Settlement Team Manager leads intercompany operations across Asia, working closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant processes. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement, lead a high-performing team, and make a meaningful impact in a global environment. Role and responsibilities Strategic Leadership & OperationsLead end-to-end intercompany (ICY) settlement operations across Asia, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and reconciliation enhancements across multiple entities. Provide KPI reporting, business insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, identifying risks and improvement opportunities. Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with tax, FX, and regulatory requirements across Asia. Lead internal and external audit activities and strengthen controls through proactive risk identification and mitigation. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business changes and maintain effective, compliant processes. Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary regional contact for ICY-related matters across Asia. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Logistics, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and drive operational improvements. Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders to support effective decision-making and communication. People LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a team of 4 members across Korea and China. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. Education and experienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 12–17 years of accounting, finance, or finance operations experience in a multinational environment. Strong experience in intercompany accounting, settlements, or shared service operations. Solid understanding of tax and FX compliance across Asia. 2+ years of people leadership experience, including remote or cross-border team management. CPA and SAP experience are a plus. SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities. Process improvement and operational excellence mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to drive change in a complex global environment.
