Job Function: Market Access Job Sub Function: Pricing Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Beijing, China Job Description: Position: Access Strategy Manager Location: Beijing Department: Market Access Strategy Reports to: Oncology Market Access Strategy Lead Key Responsibilities: • Develop market access strategy: Design comprehensive market access strategies and collaborate with cross-function teams to secure NRDL access for in-market products and near launch pipelines at most optimal pricing value. •Own evidence strategy: HEOR studies (including budget impact models, real-world evidence studies, and patient-reported outcomes) to demonstrate product value and support reimbursement access •Own Value Proposition Development: Translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling, localized product value stories and value dossiers tailored to payers, HE expertsand key decision-makers, and to support specific access initiatives(CSI, specific policy shaping, etc.) •Collaborate with business teams to drive the landing of access strategies for bigger patient access and business impact • Stakeholder Engagement and insights: Engage with key external stakeholders, including HTA experts, health economists and KOLs, and insights generation Qualifications • Education: Degree in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, Pharmaceutical Policy, Public Health, or a related field. A degree with a strong focus on Pharmacoeconomics is essential. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, health economics, or HEOR within the biopharmaceutical industry or consulting; direct experience with China NRDL and reimbursement processes is highly preferred. • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in health economic modeling (cost-effectiveness, budget impact), HTA methodologies, and evidence synthesis. • Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex scientific and economic data into clear, persuasive value propositions for diverse audiences.
