Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support successful outcomes. Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide project development. Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions. Coordinate the implementation of solutions ensuring alignment with project goals. Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption.
