Manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance in quality, delivery, and cost. Conduct negotiations to optimize contracts and reduce costs. Monitor category spend and identify opportunities for improvements. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Above 3 years of experience in category management or procurement. Knowledge of contract negotiation and supplier performance metrics. Strong analytical and project management skills.
