Position Summary You will be a trusted field professional leading sales activities for adult vaccines across central Taiwan. You will build strong relationships with hospital, clinic and public health teams. You will use local insight to create and deliver territory plans that improve patient access. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Build and maintain trusted, professional relationships with clinicians, clinic managers and public health partners across your territory. Share clear, evidence-based information and provide educational support to healthcare teams. Develop and execute territory business plans to meet objectives and improve patient access. Use local data and customer insight to prioritise customers and identify opportunities. Work with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to plan and deiver local initiatives and events. Keep accurate CRM records and report on territory activities while following compliance and budget guidelines. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin. Functional English for written materials and training. Right to work in Taiwan and willingness to travel regularly across the territory. Valid Taiwan driver’s license preferred. Commitment to ethical conduct and a patient-focused approach. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience working with hospitals, clinics or public health programmes. Familiarity with Taiwan’s healthcare system and vaccination or preventive health programmes. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or access targets. Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for planning and reporting. Strong planning and analytical skills to turn customer insight into action.
