About the RoleAs a Specialist / Consultant, you will contribute to delivering high-impact business and technology solutions by leading functional analysis and quality assurance efforts. You will leverage domain expertise to guide project delivery while supporting junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions • Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to optimize business processes and system functionality • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including system, integration, UAT, and regression testing • Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution to maintain high-quality deliverables • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including coordination, validation, and sign-off processes • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, supporting their development and ensuring aligned delivery standards • Assist in deployment activities, post-go-live support, and participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline • 3–4+ years of experience in a functional analyst or similar role • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile or Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations • Experience with tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders Preferred Qualifications• Domain knowledge in public healthcare in Singapore • Experience with SAP and/or billing systems • Exposure to working with global, cross-functional teams • Industry experience in healthcare, financial services, or public sector environments About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
