This role requires guiding multiple teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals, ensuring that the software produced is robust, scalable, and meets performance expectations. The lead also dedicates time to reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and fostering an environment that promotes innovation and high-quality outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity. - Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and advance their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. - Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation. - Experience in managing and leading cross-functional technical teams. - Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in software solutions. - Skilled in setting and enforcing development standards and best practices. - Competence in problem-solving and delivering innovative technical solutions.
