Job Function: Human Resources Job Sub Function: Total Rewards Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Suzhou, Jiangsu, China Job Description: Assist the Total Rewards team in the administration of employee benefits programs. Educates and guides on benefits matters regarding enrollment, eligibility, coverage, claims, and provisions. Provides support for knowledge management activities, compiles and maintains benefits records and sensitive documentation, provides content input for employee training and information sessions, and may assist with content for organization-wide communications and required employee notices. Coordinates with third-party administrators and carrier representatives to resolve administrative problems related to unemployment claims and benefits verifications. Ensures personnel actions of employees and benefits changes are entered appropriately in systems and for payroll processing and assists with data auditing, cleanup and reporting. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. This job is salaried.
