We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Events Specialist to contribute to creating impactful events that enhance customer engagement and business growth across Europe. In this fixed-term position, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of high-profile customer and supplier events. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-stakes tasks will ensure the seamless coordination and success of these events. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll support the execution of events while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail. Your thoughtful approach to event management will help enhance our company's visibility and strengthen relationships with key customers and suppliers. What You Will Do: Coordinate end-to-end event planning and execution Manage and support supplier bookings and participation Manage vendor relationships and negotiations Oversee event logistics, ensuring flawless execution Manage delegate registration and participation Coordinate and influence internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels Coordinate internal and external communications Coordinate website and app development related to events Anticipate attendee needs and deliver engaging, memorable experiences with exceptional attendee satisfaction Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery Conduct post-event analysis and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement Ensure the company vision is consistently reflected in event themes and execution Requirements: Plus 5 years of proven experience in planning and executing large-scale international events Strong project management experience with ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks in time-sensitive situations Demonstrated experience managing event budgets, financial reporting, and vendor negotiation capabilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Cvent event management platform Full professional proficiency in English required; proficiency in an additional EU language is advantageous Customer-driven approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional attendee experiences Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment while adapting to changing priorities and ambiguity Strong analytical skills with experience in post-event analysis, reporting, and implementing improvements Effective stress management techniques Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple priorities Willingness and ability to travel within the EU up to 30% of the time
