DESCRIPTION: You'll join a collaborative team driving sales growth through channel partnerships. As a Channel Manager III, you'll develop and execute strategic plans to optimize channel performance. Working closely with distributors and internal stakeholders, you'll build strong relationships to increase market share and achieve revenue targets. You'll leverage your commercial expertise to identify opportunities, implement sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service through our partner network. REQUIREMENTS: • Master's Degree plus 5 years of proven experience in channel management, distribution sales, or related commercial roles • Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related scientific/technical field • Additional certifications in business or technical fields advantageous • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share through indirect channels • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and financial metrics • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in English required, additional languages beneficial • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans • Experience training and enabling channel partners • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to travel up to 50% • Deep understanding of distribution business models and channel dynamics • Experience with compliance and contract management • Demonstrated leadership in collaborative organizational environments
