This position reports to: Division AI & Tech Operations Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead the strategy, objectives, targets, and operating model for Enterprise data, analytics, and AI of the Marine & Ports Division. Each day, you will coordinate the development, governance, and adoption of data, analytics, and AI capabilities and related standards, policies, and practices. You will also showcase your expertise by combining strategic leadership, stakeholder consulting, and hands-on contribution with cross-functional teams to shape the usage of enterprise data, business processes, and digital applications to improve efficiency, quality, transparency, compliance, and business decision-making. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role contributes to the global Marine & Ports division’s ambition to become a data-driven organisation by building divisional capability across enterprise data governance, reporting, analytics, AI adoption, and data product usage. Key stakeholders include the division’s business lines and functions, leadership as well as corporate and process automation data teams, internal AI and platform teams, IS/IT functions, and selected external delivery partners. You will be mainly accountable for: Leading and continuously improving the Marine & Ports data, analytics, and AI governance and operating model, ensuring clear ownership, stewardship, decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and effective representation of divisional needs toward corporate, cross-divisional, platform, and delivery teams. Maintaining close coordination with business lines and functions to ensure data, analytics, and AI priorities align with business processes, applications, and transformation initiatives. Defining, communicating, and maintaining the divisional data, analytics, and AI roadmap, including demand prioritization, reuse and de-duplication, architecture alignment, delivery status, budgets, risks, dependencies, and implementation progress. Supporting and localizing the implementation of new corporate data standards, transformation programs, data ownership models, access governance, and compliance mechanisms by ensuring appropriate governance, standards, and controls for data management and security. Representing AI Factory, corporate AI, and platform capabilities towards division needs, translating business opportunities into viable use cases, ensuring technical soundness, implementation success, monitoring progress, adoption, value, and handling issue escalations. Contributing hands-on where needed: framing business problems, defining data requirements, reviewing solution concepts, preparing executive material, creating prototypes or analyses, validating outputs, and supporting issue resolution. Coordinating enterprise data budget planning and tracking for divisional data, analytics, and AI activities, including internal service costs, external support, platform usage, and business-value justification. Qualifications for the role You are highly skilled in working with data, advanced analytics, AI tools, data infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. Ability to demonstrate your hands-on experience in data integration, quality, governance, security, access management, master data, and responsible AI use. Well versed in LLMs, AI tools and agents, Snowflake, Azure, Copilot, PowerBI, Power Platform, and UI/UX Preferred: Experience in business operations and/or hands-on experience with business tools such as SAP, Salesforce, Jira. You are innovative around applying, trying, learning and generating ideas how to navigate the fast moving AI and data landscape. Degree in data, analytics, cloud, IT technologies, engineering, business technology, or a comparable relevant field, with proven hands-on experience in advanced data technologies, integrations, and transformation initiatives. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and technical stakeholders. You hold any licenses, permissions, or certifications required for the target country, where applicable. What's in it for you?
