The Global Reporting Centre of Excellence (GR CoE) brings together a team of experienced and dynamic Management Reporting professionals, SAP BI Subject Matter Experts, and BI Development specialists. About the Role: We are seeking a Finance Reporting Senior Specialist to support and enhance global ERP BI financial reporting across GSK's Finance organization, with a particular focus on the Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This is a highly visible, business-facing role responsible for managing and evolving the SAP BI reporting portfolio, ensuring reporting solutions continue to meet rapidly changing business requirements while driving greater efficiency, standardization, and insight. The successful candidate will act as a key bridge between Finance stakeholders and reporting teams, helping to shape reporting strategy and delivery across a complex global environment. In addition to supporting business-as-usual reporting operations, the role will play an important part in ongoing finance transformation initiatives, including SAC and S/4HANA-related programs, ensuring reporting continuity, data quality, and successful delivery of enhanced reporting capabilities. In This Role You Will: Partnering & Reporting Strategy Act as a trusted advisor on Finance reporting capabilities and opportunities to improve business insight. Support the Finance BI Reporting Manager in driving the reporting roadmap and strategic reporting initiatives. Reporting Delivery & Portfolio Management Manage and oversee the reporting portfolio, ensuring solutions remain aligned to business priorities. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and reporting designs. Collaborate with BI development teams to design, prototype, test, and deliver reporting enhancements using agile delivery principles. Ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements for accuracy, usability, scalability, and performance. Financial Reporting & Data Governance Support critical month-end reporting processes and ensure timely delivery of financial reports. Oversee data alignment across multiple finance workstreams and source systems. Drive data quality, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting integrity. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through standardization and automation. Continuous Improvement & Transformation Monitor reporting usage and business engagement to identify opportunities for increased adoption and value realization. Support Finance transformation initiatives, including SAC and S/4HANA reporting projects. Partner with technical teams to ensure sustainable and scalable reporting solutions. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Strong finance background with deep expertise in Month-End Close processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and management reporting. Extensive experience working with SAP Finance environments, including SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP BI, and/or SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and S/4HANA. Comprehensive understanding of Close & Control processes and how financial data is generated, validated, and reported throughout the month-end close cycle. Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and actionable reporting solutions. Strong data visualization, storytelling, and analytical skills. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering verbal updates and presenting clear, concise written documentation in English. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in project management. Experience of delivering process improvement, automation or reporting projects. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Working model: This role is hybrid.
