DESCRIPTION: Join our finance team and make a meaningful impact on global health, cleanliness, and safety. As a Senior AP/AR Representative, you'll contribute to ensuring smooth financial operations across our organization. You'll manage accounts payable and receivable transactions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Minimum Requirements Minimum Education: Associate's degree At least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Knowledge of financial compliance requirements, internal controls, and financial best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Preferred qualifications: Experience processing high volumes of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Experience with invoice processing, payment systems, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex financial discrepancies. Compensation The estimated annualized pay range for this position in Ontario is $41,200.00–$61,750.00.
