Must have skills : Cloud Automation DevOps Good to have skills : Cloud Migration Planning Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver seamless cloud adoption that supports advanced business objectives and fosters innovation through both private and public cloud platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of migration strategies that align with organizational goals. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Cloud Migration Planning. - Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools. - Strong knowledge of deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous delivery processes. - Ability to design and implement scalable cloud solutions that optimize performance and cost. - Familiarity with scripting and configuration management to automate cloud operations.
