Technical Sales Representative

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Lead complex sales opportunities by providing technical expertise and customer-focused solutions. Build and grow strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and new business. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close. Partner with engineering, production, and R&D teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new market opportunities. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting. Gather customer and market insights to support product improvements and business strategy. Provide technical product training and support to customers and internal sales teams. Qualifications: Must be located IN or NEAR Louisiana, Arkansas, or Mississippi. Proven success in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar consultative sales role (4+ years preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred. Comfortable working hands-on in industrial environments, including wearing PPE and conducting facility walk-throughs in manufacturing settings.
