Equipment Maintenance & RepairPerform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement timely repairs. Replace defective components such as motors, sensors, valves, and control modules. 2. Troubleshooting & DiagnosticsIdentify root causes of equipment failures using systematic troubleshooting methods. Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Utilize diagnostic tools such as multimeters, gauges, and software interfaces. 3. Installation & SetupAssist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment. Ensure proper alignment, configuration, and operational readiness of machinery. 4. Safety & ComplianceFollow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure equipment meets regulatory and company safety standards. Report hazards and participate in safety improvement initiatives. 5. Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate maintenance logs and records. Update equipment history and preventive maintenance schedules. Provide reports on equipment performance and downtime. 6. Continuous ImprovementSupport lean manufacturing and reliability improvement initiatives. Recommend upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency and reduce failures. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes. 7. CollaborationWork closely with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams. Provide technical support to production personnel. Assist in training operators on basic equipment care. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
