This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive management of project timelines and resources while continuously adapting to evolving requirements and challenges to drive successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives and ensure effective communication. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance. - Strong understanding of governance frameworks and methodologies related to project and portfolio management. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project portfolios. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. - Skilled in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse groups. - Competence in utilizing project management tools and software to track progress and report status.
