Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and project scope. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance to align with business requirements. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Master Data Governance implementations. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
