What You’ll Work On 1. HCP Marketing & Engagement Execution Support development and execution of HCPs engagement activities for Glucerna and Therapeutic Nutrition Acceleration, including CME programs, workshops, and experience‑based initiatives. Contribute to creating meaningful HCPs experiences that support brand positioning and scientific messaging. Work with senior team members to align engagement activities with brand objectives and annual marketing plans. Provide on‑site support at key marketing activities to ensure a high‑quality HCPs experience. 2. Brand & Campaign implementation Support execution of brand campaigns across offline and digital touchpoints. Coordinate marketing activities to ensure alignment with brand strategy, key messages, and target HCPs segments. 3. Digital & Mobile App Marketing (tDNA & LCD) Support rollout and marketing activation of Abbott tDNA & LCD Program Mobile App. Assist in integrating digital tools into HCPs engagement journeys. Support coordination of locally relevant therapeutic nutrition and meal plan content in collaboration with medical and nutrition teams. Gather basic feedback from field teams or HCPs interactions to support continuous improvement. 4. Ethical Marketing Awareness Follow ethical marketing and LCD guidelines in all assigned activities. Support maintenance of compliant documentation with guidance from senior team members. Demonstrate strong awareness of compliance requirements in day‑to‑day work. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely and effective support of CME and HCP engagement activities Growth in HCP engagement through digital tools and mobile app platforms. Quality and consistency of project execution support Compliance with ethical marketing standards Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in science and technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Medical Technology, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in sales of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare products within hospitals and clinics. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, mobile applications, or omnichannel engagement programs is preferred. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Clear communication and teamwork skills. Good project coordination and event management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel as required for customer engagement activities, meetings, and events. The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
