Job description
Own end-to-end operational performance of a manufacturing site. Lead coordination and resolution of OSAT production site issues to ensure operational continuity. Drive WIP management and build plan execution to ensure on time delivery and production alignment Execute customer and loading priorities to support business commitments Monitor site output vs build plans and lead recovery actions for gaps Identify and resolve site constraints to sustain production throughput Manage inter-organizations and material movements Lead site scrap coordination and inventory disposition activities Own inventory reconciliation and variance resolution Issue assembly/test build instructions to manufacturing Why Cisco?
