Job Title Business Operations Analyst - SLA Reporting About the Role As a Business Operations Analysis - Senior Associate, you will help the business track performance, analyze data, prepare reports, and support day-to-day operational activities. You will work closely with business teams, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, identify issues, and support process improvements. You will also help manage user access across different systems, monitor risks, resolve issues, and create reports that support better business decisions. What you will do: Prepare monthly performance reports and risk assessments for stakeholders. Create weekly dashboards and reports for senior management. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Work with teams and data providers to ensure data accuracy. Investigate and help resolve operational issues and risks. Support business and technical teams by providing research and analysis. Manage user access requests and maintain application user IDs. Track requests and ensure deadlines are met. Document processes, requirements, and reporting procedures. Create and maintain reports using tools such as Power BI and SAP Web Intelligence. Monitor data quality and highlight any discrepancies. Support testing and validation of system changes by creating test cases and documenting results. What skills and knowledge you need to have: Good knowledge of Excel, Word, SharePoint, VBA, and Python (Pandas, NumPy). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify risks and help develop solutions. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to explain complex information in a simple way. Strong time management and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks. High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Strong relationship-building and teamwork skill What would be great to have: Experience in dispute management or dispute resolution processes. Knowledge of Internal Dispute Systems (IDS). Project management experience and process improvement mindset. Familiarity with user access management and access control systems. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize work effectively and meet service-level commitments Experience in business operations, reporting, data analysis, or business support functions. Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
