Responsibilities: Support system administration and maintenance in Ensuring system performance, stability, and reliability Making sure the data model is consistent throughout all BUs and finance processes Managing system dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata structures Ensure ongoing system usability by Running central data in-loads Onboarding new users and managing role changes Monitoring data quality and workflow execution Coordinating troubleshooting activities, such as resolving data quality problems Safeguard application’s fit to reporting processes and related business needs by Collaborating with regional Finance stakeholders to understand their financial reporting & analysis needs and requirements Bridging change requests between end user and OneStream operational team Translating business needs into system changes and enhancements Coordinating requests for new cube views, reports, and dashboards Creating cube views, reports, and dashboards after central confirmation Managing mapping clarifications and adjustment needs Drive continuous improvement and enhancement by Thriving for ongoing optimization of the OneStream platform Support enhancement of existing developments Assisting in implementation of new modules (e.g., Planning, Management Reporting) Identifying further efficiency gains and automation opportunities Manage regional stakeholders and collaborate with vendors by Acting as central regional contact for OneStream-related topics, especially for the SSCs in India and China Coordinating change requests with external partners (e.g., implementation consultants) Supporting training and knowledge sharing within regional (and global) user community Qualifications: Education & Experience Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or related field Min. 5-7 years of relevant professional experience Experience with CPM/EPM systems (preferably OneStream, Hyperion, or similar) preferred Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes Hands-on project management experience is a plus Experience in working in global MNCs Technical skills Good understanding of core Finance processes and consolidation logic Affinity for digital tools, process improvement, and automation Experience with workflow management and reporting tools/dashboards preferred Understanding of financial data models, as well as data integration concepts is a plus Fluent in English Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a high level of ownership and reliability Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions Stakeholder management capabilities across different Finance levels High attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently in a regional/global and dynamic transformation environment Willingness to travel occasionally (regional and international) The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
