You will manage end-to-end product lifecycle management, from strategy development through commercialization and optimization. Working in a collaborative, global matrix organization, you'll partner with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that solve customer challenges. You'll conduct Voice of Customer research, define product requirements, develop business cases, coordinate product launches, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers meaningful impact and visibility, with opportunities to shape product direction through data-driven insights and strategic thinking. A Day in the Life: Lead the development and execution of product strategies across the product lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify customer needs, define product requirements, build business cases, coordinate successful product launches, analyze market trends, and drive continuous product improvements that deliver customer value and business growth. What to expect: Develop and execute product strategies and lifecycle plans. Gather and synthesize Voice of Customer insights to inform product decisions. Partner with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other functions to deliver new products and enhancements. Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments. Define product requirements and prioritize development initiatives. Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities. Monitor product performance using market and business data to drive continuous improvement. Present product strategies and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global matrix environment. Travel up to 15%, including international travel. Keys to Success: Education Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related commercial experience. Preferred fields of study include Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Experience Proven success managing products throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization. Experience developing and executing product launch strategies and go-to-market plans. Experience developing business cases and financial models. Experience working effectively within cross-functional, matrix organizations. Knowledge of relevant scientific or technical domains preferred for specific product portfolios. Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements applicable to relevant markets. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Expertise in gathering and synthesizing Voice of Customer insights. Outstanding communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels. Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a matrix environment. Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution. Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives. Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of market dynamics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal English language skills (fluent/professional proficiency required). German language skills are considered an advantage.
