Job Description: Microchip DPG has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Senior Technician-Equipment. The right candidate will repair and maintain electro-mechanical equipment used in the production semiconductor equipment, or any other duties, as directed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to repair electro-mechanical equipment or assemblies. Ability to perform PM and general maintenance on production equipment. Ability to work from schematics, mechanical drawings, or written instructions. Experience in the use of multimeters, soldering irons and mechanical tools. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Ability to use MS Office. Ability to interface with parts or service vendors. Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum 7-9 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of production manufacturing equipment. Trade school or post high school certificate training in electronics. Experience with calibration of equipment, vacuum systems, and electronics. Strong mechanical skills. Machine shop experience. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
