This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying and resolving issues that may impact system performance or availability. The engineer collaborates with different teams to ensure smooth operation and continuity of critical applications, often working under pressure to diagnose problems quickly and implement effective solutions. The position demands vigilance, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards across multiple system environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate incident management and ensure timely resolution of system issues. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. - Continuously improve monitoring processes and tools to increase system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - Experience in configuring and managing monitoring solutions to track system health and performance. - Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to identify root causes of issues. - Strong troubleshooting skills across various enterprise applications and infrastructure components. - Familiarity with incident management workflows and escalation procedures. - Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
