Job Description Financial Planning and Analysis: Leading annual budget management for SS&P Asia (~350 FTE),quarterly forecasting, and monthly closing processes for the Asia Region, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Reviewing Supplier contracts and validating purchase requisitions End-to-end ownership of agenda, content and approval flow for the Asia Deal Structuring Team (DST) process, across NEA, SEA, and China local DST teams and ensure local DST team are in compliance following Global DST process. Driving execution and improvement of processes and policies, standardization of worldwide reporting and insight-driven analyses to satisfy the need for management information. Specific processes and policies include: supplier payment terms, Non-Recurring Expense, and Cost of Goods. Driving the Sourcing community in cost down initiatives by participating in business improvement projects and validating business cases, including but not limited for example “make to buy project”. Provide financial support to SS&P Asia business and new initiatives , contributing to the strategic target of increasing Asia’s share of global spending from 3% to 15%, in alignment with the company’s Asia supply chain development program, and also China local for local project. Support for Supplier financial risk assessment and identify business and financial risks while guiding Sourcing in supplier risk management. Enabling high-quality decision making through aggregating, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources such as Spotfire, , and SAP Aligning with the Business Lines and cross-sector stakeholders in Asia and Veldhoven, being the bridge builder among sectors and business lines, with independent (finance) view on what is best for the company as a whole Other management reporting & analysis as needed Competence and skills Hands on, team player, enjoys working in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment with the ability to work independently Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents. Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. Familiarity with tools used to build data visualizations.
