Position Summary: The Senior Project Manager, GSC BP&T leads cross-functional initiatives and complex projects that drive strategic transformation across the Global Supply Chain. This role provides leadership for high-priority programs and projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategies and operational excellence. The Senior Manager is expected to champion digital innovation and emerging technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and global collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of multiple, complex cross-functional supply chain projects/programs. Support development of robust business cases with interdependencies and a clear value proposition. Support strategic initiatives, including annual portfolio planning and the Polaris+ program. Facilitate governance meetings, executive sponsor sessions, and steering committees with clear agendas, priorities, and objectives to achieve quick decisions and robust outcomes. Ensure utilization of standard program management processes, governances, and systems including GPSiPlan as the system of record. Develop and implement risk management and mitigation strategies at the program and/or project level. Influence key stakeholders and manage program and/or project communications. Support change management strategies and foster high-performance, diverse teams. Evaluate and recommend new digital tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure program delivery is on time, within scope, and budget. Proactively drive scenario analyses and strategic recommendations for management. Inspire and motivate teams, providing feedback and coaching for leadership development. Up to 20% travel predominantly for project-based workstreams Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, life sciences and/or business required, with a Master’s degree preferred. 6+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, preferably in biotech/pharma. 6+ years of project management experience, with a PMP or APICS certification preferred. Experience leading cross-functional, multi-site, global teams. Advanced leadership competencies, including strategic thinking, executive communication, and cross-functional influence. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and work autonomously with a high level of accountability and sense of urgency. Expert in two or more supply chain capability/process areas; able to articulate interdependencies. Proficient in leveraging digital tools and systems (e.g., GPSiPlan, PowerBI) to enable operational excellence. Up to date/champion on emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to supply chain transformation, including AI. Expertise in risk management, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making at the program and/or project level. Ability to manage resources, resolve conflicts, and drive results across global teams.
