This position reports to: Country Communications Manager __ The work model for the role is: hybrid / #LI-Hybrid Key responsibilities In this role, you will actively shape ABB Germany’s digital and internal communications. You will manage and further develop our digital communication channels, create engaging content tailored to different audiences, and ensure consistent, impactful communication across all platforms. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help strengthen ABB’s visibility and reputation while driving the continuous evolution of our digital communications. You will be mainly accountable for: Own and manage ABB Germany’s digital and internal communication channels, including website, social media, intranet, Viva Engage and infoscreens. Ensure content is up to date, compliant, aligned with ABB brand standards, and adapted to local requirements. Create, localize and distribute content for employee and external audiences on corporate and reputation-relevant topics. Manage content publishing, channel performance tracking and continuous optimization of digital platforms. Advise stakeholders on communication channels, content formats and audience engagement. Support reputation management, cross-functional collaboration and administrative activities, including purchasing. Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, social media, web management and/or internal communications. Experience managing digital communication platforms, content management systems and communication tools. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in German; good command of English. Knowledge of SEO, GEO and digital content creation, including video, photo and graphic formats. Strong collaboration, project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a decentralized organization; B2B communication experience is a plus.
