This position reports to: Production Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will lead the factory Maintenance team in the planning and implementation of initiatives that maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness and/or efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines and facilities. The work model for the role is onsite. This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Business Area. You will be mainly accountable for: Ensure high availability of machines, creates instruction of maintenance, and lead the process of ordering and keeping the spare parts Identifies deficiencies and proposing improvements, and implementing actions to improve production performance, integrating lean manufacturing methodology into production Creates the maintenance process and assures it is kept according ISO standards, including maintenance plans, machine repairing statistics and distributes the daily tasks within the team Guiding, motivating, and developing the team members to reach their potential. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental directives, implementing regulations, and monitoring and reporting progress and results Qualifications for the role Experience in relevant field, working in a similar position in a production company University degree in engineering Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.) Fluent in English Language Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, CAD is a plus Experience with ERP (SAP will be considered as an advantage) Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
