This Position reports to: Global Consumer Experience Architecture We are looking for a motivated Testing & Automation Intern to join the Consumer Experience (CX) team within Global Business Services. In this role, you will support service validation, testing, and automation activities, helping ensure high-quality delivery of new and enhanced CX services. Responsibilities Support the validation, testing, and documentation of new and updated CX services before release Assist in planning and executing testing activities in line with business and technical requirements Coordinate with stakeholders to support testing and service validation processes Perform testing and benchmarking of CX services and devices to ensure compliance with business standards Support the development and maintenance of automated testing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools Assist with test automation, analysis of test results, and identification of process improvement opportunities Requirements Active student status, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Automation, Engineering, or a related field Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Interest in testing, automation, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement Proactive attitude and ability to work independently Willingness to learn new technologies and tools in a dynamic environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We Offer Hands-on experience in service validation, testing, and automation Exposure to modern technologies and digital workplace solutions Opportunity to develop skills in test automation and process optimization Collaboration with international teams and stakeholders Learning and development in an innovative, fast-paced environment A future opportunity Click Apply to express your interest and be considered for future opportunities that match your experience and aspirations.
