The primary objective of this position is to lead the planning, forecasting, and reporting of key Global and US Therapeutics SG&A and distribution margin expense budgets. This role will also be responsible for leading the budget consolidations across multiple teams within the Global Commercial organization. This role will partner closely across various functions, leadership, and geographies to provide analytics, modeling, and reporting as well as Tax/LEAP submissions. With one direct reports, the role requires strong leadership skills that will foster an inclusive, high-performing environment focused on continuous learning, capability building, succession planning, and talent development. Responsibilities Lead the planning, forecasting, and reporting of key budgets across the commercial P&L (SG&A and Distribution Margin) such as AIP, National Sales Meeting, All Star Meeting, Freight & Distribution, and many other Global and US Therapeutics budgets. Develop, consolidate, and report key budgets ensuring alignment across key business stakeholders. Analyze financial performance and key business drivers, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior finance leadership. Perform monthly variance analysis and provide financial insights to explain key drivers, risks, and opportunities vs. multiple benchmarks. Coordinate and consolidate SG&A and Distribution Margin expense budgets across multiple areas ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of planning deliverables. Prepare and analyze LEAP and tax reporting requirements ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financials submissions. Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to optimize spend and improve financial outcomes. Provide backup support for promotional accounting validation activities to ensure compliance with accounting policies and accurate financial reporting and planning. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting and planning efficiency and improve the quality of management reporting. Lead and develop one direct report and provide ongoing feedback, development plans, and ensure skills and capability-building needed to achieve both individual and organizational goals. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. CPA and/or MBA preferred 10+ years of progressive and related work experience BPC, BIP, and SAP systems knowledge Budget Reporting and Planning Consolidations experience across the full P&L Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and an inquisitive mind set Strong communication skills and the ability to relay complex financial data in clear and simple terms Ability to generate ideas, challenge the status quo, solve problems, and manage innovation to reality Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position.
