Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are searching for the best talent for: Professional Education & Development, Specialist Italy Purpose: The Professional Education & Development Specialist will support the Professional Team with internal and external trainings, Customers’ meetings and ECPs Coaching, Administrative activities. Responsibilities: Manage internal inductions for new resources and external coaching days for Eye Care practitioners Support the Professional department for ECPs virtual classrooms and presentations Support the creation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Cooperation with Commercial Compliance, HCC and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives. Facilitate the invoice payment process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate payments. Maintain organized records of invoices and related financial documentation. Requirements: Bachelor Degree Optics-Optometrist Highly recommended minimum 2 years of experience in fitting contact lens Fluent Italian, Intermediate English Driving license B Full time, 60% office/ 40% field Required Skills: Optics, Optometry Preferred Skills: Contact Lenses, Contact Lens Fittings, Health Professional Education The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €29,800.00 - €48,530.00 Benefits: In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
