Responsibilities: Perform manufacturing tasks with detailed execution and strict adherence to safety protocols Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production schedules and ensure on-time delivery Successfully implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity Compete in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets and quality standards Requirements Education: High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent. Experience: Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment Understanding of contamination prevention and cleanliness Teamwork and effective communication Attention to detail and accuracy Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment Other desired qualities include: Reliable and punctual Willing to learn new processes Adaptable and flexible Calm under pressure Strong work ethic
