Job Description: Microchip Technology, Inc is looking for an individual, to work in our Development Systems Group in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities: Will work with product assembly, following Bills of Materials (BOMs), barcode scanning, and palletization for shipment preparation. Will pick, prepare, and process sales order shipments for worldwide customers. Ability to follow complex written and verbal work instructions. Ability to safely transport pallets using a pallet jack. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a safety-sensitive position. Schedule & Benefits Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Benefits begin on date of hire Requirements/Qualifications: 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Basic technician skills required. Some experience in a Lead role preferred. Experience with assembly, palletization for shipment preparation Strong computer, math, and reading comprehension skills necessary for inventory management and shipment processing. Demonstrated history of above-average attendance and strong work ethic.
