This position reports to: Trade & Transportation Leader __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and support domestic and international logistics operations. Each day, you will work closely with freight forwarders, transportation providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of multimodal shipments. You will also showcase your expertise by managing shipping documentation, tracking logistics performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Supply Chain & Logistics function for the ELSP Business Division. You will be mainly accountable for Coordinating and supporting daily logistics operations for domestic and international shipments across land, air, and sea transportation modes. Acting as the main point of contact for freight forwarders, logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution and timely communication. Monitoring shipment status and proactively communicating updates, delays, and delivery performance to internal and external customers. Supporting inbound, outbound, and domestic transportation activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable trade regulations. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing solutions to optimize logistics performance, service levels, and costs. Qualifications for the role: Bachelor´s Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or related fields, supporting national and international shipments. You are highly skilled in multimodal transportation operations (land, air, and sea). You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Knowledge of customs procedures, freight forwarder management, CTPAT and the US Bonded process is considered an advantage. Advanced English level is required. Collaborative, with strong communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and self-management skills.
