Job Description: Job Overview 负责厂务系统整体技术管理与运营优化工作，包括电力系统、暖通空调系统（HVAC）、给排水系统、压缩空气系统、消防系统、EMS系统等关键基础设施的安全、稳定、高效运行。作为厂务领域技术专家，主导设备全生命周期管理、技术改造项目、节能降耗及可靠性提升工作，确保生产运营需求得到持续支持。 Job Requirements 1. 厂务系统运营管理 • 负责所属厂务系统日常运行管理。 • 监控关键设备运行状态，确保系统安全稳定运行。 • 制定和完善设备运行标准及操作规程。 • 组织执行设备巡检、点检及维护工作。 • 参与厂务值班及应急响应工作。 2. 设备维护与可靠性管理 • 负责设备预防性维护（PM）计划制定与执行。 • 跟踪维护质量和设备运行绩效。 • 分析设备故障并组织实施改善措施。 • 推动RCFA（Root Cause Failure Analysis）及FMEA分析。 • 提升设备MTBF，降低MTTR。 • 建立关键设备维护数据库及历史档案。 3. 技术改善与优化 • 主导设备技术改造及优化项目。 • 提出系统运行优化建议并组织实施。 • 开展节能降耗项目。 • 分析运行数据，挖掘节能和可靠性改善机会。 • 推动设备标准化及最佳实践导入。 4. 工程项目管理 • 参与厂务新建、扩建和改造项目实施。 • 负责项目现场施工管理和技术协调。 • 参与设计方案评审及技术论证。 • 跟进项目进度、质量和安全管理。 • 组织项目验收及移交工作。 5.
