Job Description: Job Overview 负责厂务系统整体技术管理与运营优化工作，包括电力系统、暖通空调系统（HVAC）、给排水系统、压缩空气系统、消防系统、EMS系统等关键基础设施的安全、稳定、高效运行。作为厂务领域技术专家，主导设备全生命周期管理、技术改造项目、节能降耗及可靠性提升工作，确保生产运营需求得到持续支持。 Job Requirements 1. 厂务系统运营管理 • 负责厂务各系统安全稳定运行，确保关键设备满足生产连续性要求。 • 建立并持续优化厂务系统运行标准、技术规范及SOP。 • 主导关键设备故障分析及根因调查（RCA），制定纠正及预防措施。 • 监控各类KPI指标，包括设备可用率、MTBF、MTTR、能耗指标等。 • 组织重大设备切换、维护及应急保障工作。 2. 技术管理与改善 • 作为厂务专业技术负责人，提供电气、暖通、机械及自动化领域技术支持。 • 推动设备可靠性改善（Reliability Improvement）项目。 • 制定预防性维护（PM）及预测性维护（PdM）策略。 • 推动数字化运维及智能监控系统建设。 3. 项目管理 • 主导厂务新增、扩建及改造项目。 • 负责项目方案评审、设计审核、施工管理及验收交付。 • 协调设计院、供应商及施工单位。 • 确保项目满足质量、成本、安全及进度要求。 • 推动厂务基础设施容量规划及未来发展规划。 4. 能源与节能管理 • 建立能源管理体系。 • 推动节能降耗项目实施。 • 分析能源使用数据并提出改善措施。 • 负责能源效率持续提升及碳减排目标达成。 • 配合ESG、可持续发展相关工作。 5. 安全与合规管理 • 确保厂务运行符合国家法规及行业标准。 • 推动EHS政策落实和安全隐患整改。 • 参与风险评估及应急演练。 • 配合政府部门及第三方审核。 • 支持ISO 9001、ISO 14001、RBA、SAFE等体系运行。 6. 团队管理与人才培养 • 指导厂务工程师及技术人员解决复杂技术问题。 • 建立厂务技术培训体系。 • 培养专业技术骨干及后备人才。 • 分享最佳实践及经验总结。 What your background should look like • 本科及以上学历。 • 电气工程、机电工程、暖通空调、能源与动力工程、自动化等相关专业。 • 8年以上厂务管理或设施运维经验。 • 5年以上中大型制造企业厂务管理经验。 • 具备大型项目建设或设施改造项目管理经验。 • 电气系统：熟悉高低压配电系统、UPS系统、柴油发电机系统、变压器及开关设备、电力监控系统（EPMS） • 机电与暖通系统：熟悉中央空调系统、HVAC系统、压缩空气系统、工艺冷却水系统（PCW） • 工程管理：熟悉项目管理流程、施工及验收标准、预算编制与成本控制、风险管理、EPC项目实施 Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork Job Locations: NO.1 TYCO ROAD, HOUJIE INDUSTRIAL CITY DONGGUAN, Guangdong 523071 China Posting City: DONGGUAN Job Country: China Travel Required: 25% to 50% Requisition ID: 155691 Workplace Type: Onsite External Careers Page: Facilities Apply now Apply Now Start apply with LinkedIn Please wait...
