Position Summary Responsible for coordinating and implementing initiatives derived from the category strategy, ensuring timely execution of the materials development plan and supporting commercial objectives through data-driven insights to identify trends, and improve strategy and execution. Main Responsibilities Execute portfolio action plans in alignment with strategic objectives. Coordinate the design, development, and approval of promotional materials in compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up. Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs and performance metrics across stakeholders. Analyses digital data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to generate actionable insights for future strategies. Align commercial activities with the digital marketing plan (TMP plan). Conduct price and trend analysis to support competitive positioning. Oversee sampling processes and ensure accurate follow-up (if applies) Generate insights from market and sales analysis Core Competencies Commitment and accountability. Learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Compliance culture Technical Competencies (desired) Digital Marketing Tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Data Analysis & Visualization: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau. CRM & Automation: Salesforce, Veeva CRM. Content Management: Adobe Creative Suite; basic HTML knowledge desirable. Project Management Tools: Trello, Asana, or similar platforms. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Campaign Performance: CTR (Click-Through Rate), Conversion Rate, Engagement Rate. Digital Reach: Website traffic growth, social media impressions. ROI: Return on Investment for marketing campaigns. Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated through digital channels. Compliance & Timeliness: % of promotional materials delivered on time and approved under compliance standards. Data Accuracy: Precision in reporting and forecasting. Organizational Relationships Collaborates with: Category Lead, Country Brand Lead, Brand Managers, Commercial & Trade Marketing Teams, Access & NAMs, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Sales Force & Sales Leads. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles. (relevant internship experience will also be considered.) Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking); advanced level preferred.
