Sustains the wafer level trim and standard probe process by validating wafer visual mechanical defects and breakdowns due to process-induced issue and misprocessing of lots; provides disposition based on specs requirements or limits; accomplishes the target performance metrics required by the manager; performs regular audit to ensure compliance to the current specs; and reports discrepancy on existing specs or procedures vs. the actual practice. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
