ABOUT YOUR ROLE: This role is responsible for managing HR data in various systems for multiple countries and ensure the data is maintained in a accurate, compliant and timely manner, responding reports or HR data analytics related requests or any queries associated with HR data from HR counterparts, employees and people managers, as well as continuous improvement of efficiency for data management processes through process optimization and technology. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: 1. HR Data management Maintain employment and personal information in global HR information system (Oracle) and various local systems in multiple countries. Support employee lifecycle event processing (such as onboarding, offboarding, transfer, Contingent Worker management etc. ) through data and document management. 2.Data Integrity & Quality Assurance Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, or missing information within the HRIS. Partner with HR Solutions to ensure data integration correctly across downstream systems and resolves integration errors. Maintain a high standard of data hygiene to ensure data accuracy for payroll and audit purposes. 3.Report and data analytics Respond to reports or any data analytics requests from HRBP/COE team or business leaders using reports in HR system, Tableau or other data analytic tools. Respond to inquiries from employees in regard to employee data. 4.Collaboration with local GWO team Maintain a good communication and work closely local GWO team to make sure data management processes are executed in accurate, timely and compliant way. 5.Process improvement Commit to continuous efforts to improve efficiency of data management through process optimization and technology such as AI. 6.Other tasks and projects Assist in testing new HRIS features, system updates etc. Implement regional/global projects. 2~3 years experience of managing HR data in a regional or global HR Shared Service Oganization Good knowledge or experience of global HR system such as Oracle, Successfactor, Workday etc. and Oracle is a plus Good knowledge or experience of delivering HR services on case management format and using case management system such as ServiceNow. Good experience with handling HR data reports analytics Attention to detail and data accuracy. Knowledge of HR processes and regulations. Proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with Team and collaboration spirit Mindset of continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation solution powered by technologies.
