Job title: Key Account Manager - Respiratory Work area: Central and Shfela Region JOB PURPOSE: Drive business growth and improve patient access by developing strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across the territory. Lead the development and execution of customer-centric account plans, identify opportunities to create value for patients and healthcare systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize the impact of GSK's respiratory portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute territory business plans, establishing short- and long-term objectives for key accounts to achieve sustainable growth and exceed business targets. Understand account structures and decision-making processes within the healthcare environment to build effective partnerships with key stakeholders and drive account success. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, treatment pathways and market dynamics. Use consultative engagement skills to uncover stakeholder needs and identify opportunities to deliver meaningful value to healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions. Translate customer insights into actionable business opportunities and account strategies. Champion a patient-centric approach while delivering sustainable business growth. Contribute to a high-performing team culture through collaboration, accountability and a commitment to excellence. Ensure full compliance with all company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field (M.Sc. preferred). Minimum 2 years of field experience in specialty care, working with specialist physicians and key Medical Centers. Strong digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms, with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
